I work intuitively and relationally to help you develop bodymind resilience, move with ease, and manage pain. Because our bodymind is precious, and we all deserve to enjoy living in it.
My teaching practice is trauma-informed and mindfulness-oriented: we listen to our body responses to movement.
I believe that Yoga should be accessible to all, not only the strong, flexible or young: everyone should benefit from it. Through my knowledge of body movement and anatomy, I aim to make Yoga an accessible, functional and healing practice for YOU and your bodymind.
Flowing movements are linked with breath, with an emphasis on the deeply transformative quality of the mind-body connection. In this type of movement therapy, we re-educate the way our nervous system interacts with the body. We concentrate on sensing the whole body as it moves in space.
This is a somatic therapy practice that helps to release trauma and move with greater ease.
