    Your bodymind has an innate ability to heal, and I will support you to access it, through expanding your self-awareness and appreciation of your most authentic self. We will work together to develop your own “toolset” for wellness, one that will empower you in your journey towards personal inner growth.

  • Somatic Movement & Yoga

    I work intuitively and relationally to help you develop mind-body resilience and strength, move with ease, and manage pain.

    My teaching practice is trauma-informed and mindfulness-oriented: we listen to our body’s responses to movement.

  • Integrated Experiences

    Evidence-based, trauma-informed, integrated experiences - on demand sessions, programmes, workshops, retreats - designed to help you connect with the innate healing ability of your body and to facilitate your inner growth in a way that is sustainable, balanced, and effective.

A healthy mind-body connection is the foundation for happy and fulfilling relationships: with yourself, and with others.
