Many of the people I work with are capable and high-functioning on the outside, yet exhausted inside from years of holding it together. They live with anxiety, trauma responses, intrusive thoughts, or a constant sense of being on edge, often without fully understanding why.

This work helps you understand what’s happening in your mind and body and resolve the underlying patterns at their root, so life can start to feel safer, steadier, and more manageable again.

I support people who are struggling with:

- trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma (CPTSD)

- anxiety, panic, and a constant sense of being on edge

- low self-worth, shame, and harsh inner criticism

-obsessive or intrusive thoughts, including OCD patterns

Psychotherapy

Your “bodymind” has an innate ability to heal, and I will support you to access it. We will work together to resolve unwanted symptoms and issues, so that you feel empowered in your journey towards personal growth.

Somatic Movement

Learn to communicate safety to your nervous system by moving with full-body awareness, focusing more on how you're feeling rather than performing a specific pose. This practice improves your general wellbeing.

Chronic Symptom Support

Your body isn't failing you. It's responding: to years of impossible demands, to a system that never asked how you were actually doing. This programme is for women who have tried everything and been sent back. We don't manage symptoms here. We look at what created them.

Speaking/Events

I am available to speak at your event to share my experience of psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing. My talks and workshops are based on research, self-reflection and fostering awareness.

My Approach

As an integrative psychotherapist, I combine talking therapy with bodymind-based (somatic) approaches to help you move out of survival mode, process past experiences safely, and rebuild trust in yourself and your body, at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

My style is interactive, based on a relationship of acceptance, patience, compassion, warmth and curiosity. I provide a non-judgmental and completely confidential space for you to feel free and safe to speak your truth and or struggles.
