Hey, I’m Annalisa

I believe that nobody should wake up in the morning and feeling like they want to "shrink away" from their life. Life should feel manageable and enjoyable. Every human being should be able to manage, nurture, even gently and positively challenge their mind and body.

With years of experience and extensive training in the fields of Psychotherapy and Yoga, I offer a holistic approach to finding the right balance between your mind and body, creating a nurturing environment for future personal development.

My approach

As a holistic therapist, I use an integrative approach, drawing on a variety of modalities to support you. Whether you come for Psychotherapy, Yoga, or both, we will work together to tap into your innate ability to heal and reach your goals for change. You will develop self supportive tools that you can use to do this work by yourself in the future.

My style is interactive, based on a relationship of acceptance, patience, compassion, warmth and curiosity. I provide a non-judgmental and completely confidential space for you to feel free and safe to speak your truth and or struggles.

    I work intuitively and relationally to help you develop mind-body resilience and strength, move with ease, and manage pain.

    My teaching practice is trauma-informed and mindfulness-oriented: we listen to our body’s responses to movement.

    Evidence-based, trauma-informed, integrated experiences - programmes, workshops, retreats - designed to help you connect with the innate healing ability of your body and to facilitate your growth in a way that is sustainable, balanced, and effective.
