My therapeutic approach is holistic, relational, and pragmatic.

When I say “holistic”, I essentially refer to the fact that mind and body are one unit, so I could say I am a BodyMind centred therapist. Hence, in my work, I use a variety of modalities in an integrative fashion: somatic approaches (relating to the body, our feelings and emotions), talking therapy, BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® (BWRT®), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and others (see below).
