Your “bodymind” has an innate ability to heal, and I will support you to access it. We will work together to resolve unwadted symptoms and issues, so that you feel empowered in your journey towards personal growth.

Somatic Movement & Yoga

Learn to communicate safety to your nervous system by moving with full-body awareness, focusing more on how you're feeling rather than performing a specific pose. This practice improves your general wellbeing.

Education

Perhaps the most important part of any healing and/or wellbeing journey, is your self- education and awareness around your own bodymind and wellbeing itself.

Speaking

I am available to speak at your event to share my experience of psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing. My talks and workshops are based on research, self-reflection and fostering awareness.
