“I started practicing yoga online with Annalisa this past April. I recently moved to Belfast, and I am so happy a friend suggested me to practice with her! I started practicing yoga more or less a year ago, after years of curiosity. However, I really got the chance to deepen my understanding and enjoyment of yoga after starting to practice with Annalisa. Her classes have just the right amount of challenges for not getting bored and to keep on improving. In Annalisa’s classes, I discovered new movements that I was not aware my body could do. I’ve been suffering from back pain since when I can remember and now.. it is all gone! My back is strong and flexible now, so is the rest of my body thanks to her classes!
At present, I am finishing a master’s degree, and sometimes it can be very stressful and frustrating. The anxiety and stress are often high, and I feel my energy dispersing in worries and frustration, but with yoga in general and specifically with Annalisa I can calm and re-focus my energies. I think it is the most precious gift that yoga gave me; the ability to find the balance inside me.”
